Let's #talkaboutit....
According to the Center for Disease Control:
What we know is that instances of dating violence can have profound impacts on young adults all the way through adulthood. But so can talking with young adults about the types and warning signs of dating violence, healthy relationships, and how to support and talk to each other. The Eastland County Crisis Center staff is available to speak with schools, faith communities, community groups, parents/caregivers, young adults, and other individuals who would like to learn more about the prevention, recognition, and response to dating violence amongst teens. Programs are customizable and free to the public and can be scheduled by calling 254-629-8229. |
